<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition capable of forming a cured coating having a high refractive index, excellent transparency and excellent adhesion to a substrate based on a polyester typified by a polyethylene terephthalate, and suitable for use in the formation of an antireflection film used in a display. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition contains a photosensitive resin shown by formula (1) and electrically conductive particles of at least one selected from the group consisting of antimony oxide, zinc antimonate, antimony tin oxide, titanium antimony oxide, titanium tin oxide, phosphorus tin oxide and zinc aluminum oxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
