<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile reclining seat having a shoulder belt obliquely hooked on the upper half body of a seated person between the one shoulder part side of a seat back and the near side of one side part rear part, and capable of keeping both lock mechanisms including a belt unequipped side lock mechanism in a locking state even if the seat back runs out and rotates forward from a side frame on the belt equipped side by a shock such as a collision. <P>SOLUTION: This automobile reclining seat is constituted so that the lock mechanism 10 arranged on the same side as the belt equipped side, is provided with a projection piece 14 rising from the axis of an operation shaft 10b; is positioned on the outer periphery of a bearing hole 10c of a housing part 10a for inserting the axis of the operation shaft 10b; the abutting edge 15a engaging with the projection piece 14 of the operation shaft 10b, is provided in the rotational direction of an operation lever 13; and a receiving part 15 of the projection piece 14 having the unabutting edge 15b for keeping a play interval G by separating from the projection piece 14 in the nonrotating direction of the operation lever 13, is arranged on a plate surface of the housing part 10a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
