PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based electroconductive composition which comprises an electroconductive polymer uniformly dispersed in water and gives a film having high electric conductivity and sufficient strength and flexibility. SOLUTION: The water-based electroconductive composition comprises an electroconductive polymer, a polymeric binder, water, and a surfactant having at least two aromatic rings in the molecule.
