PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic group-containing nylon- and a polyphenylene sulfide-resin composition well-balancedly improved in heat resistance, rigidity, low-temperature impact resistance, gasoline permeation resistance, oil resistance and other properties. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises (a) 60-95 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin comprising at least one selected from among (a-1) MXD6 nylon, (a-2) MXDT nylon, (a-3) 6T/66 nylon, (a-4) 6T/6I nylon, (a-5) polyphenylene sulfide and (a-6) 6T nylon, and (b) 5-40 pts.wt. of a modified thermoplastic elastomer having a crystal melting enthalpy (ΔHm) of at least 7.5 J/g, a crystal melting point (Mp) of 80°C or higher, a torsional storage modulus (G') at -50°C of less than 100 MPa and a number-average molecular weight of 20,000-1,000,000.
