<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel with resistance film type diodes, allowing reduction of an installation height and an arrangement area of the diodes to reduce a thickness of the touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: The plurality of diodes DX1m, DX2m, DY1n, Dy2n including semiconductor layers directly formed on first electrode layers 5 and second electrode layers 5 by screen printing or stamping printing, wherein an X-axis direction and a Y-axis direction of a transparent resistance film is applied with a prescribed voltage generating a potential gradient, are arranged at prescribed intervals on an insulating film 3 of a prescribed width formed in each side on the periphery related to the transparent resistance film formed on a glass substrate 1 opposite to an potential detection electrode film. The first electrode layer 5 connected to one side of each the diode is electrically conducted to the transparent resistance film through an opening part.
