PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rake towing type dust collector capable of smoothly towing a scoop-up rake to scoop up foreign matters accumulated at a water bottom part while dissolving the influence of chordal action generated to an endless chain at the water bottom part, and continuing dust collecting operation by passing through without the bite of the scoop-up rake in the case of bulky inflow matters. SOLUTION: This rake towing type dust collector 100 scoops up or rakes up to remove the foreign matters flowing in and accumulated at the water bottom part, by the scoop-up rake 150 towed by the endless chain 130 between wheels 121, 122 arranged near the upper and lower parts of a dust removing lattice face 110. In this case, the other end of a chain side swing arm 180 with one end fitted in a swingable manner to the endless chain 130 through a chain side guide roller 171, and one end of a rake side swing arm 190 with the other end mounted to the scoop-up rake 150 through a rake side guide roller 172, are journaled to each other.
