PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-sided structural panel having heat insulating property, soundproofness (sound isolating and sound absorbing properties), fireproofness, fire resistance, lightweight property, excellent plastic deformability, moisture permeability and water absorption property. SOLUTION: This single-sided structural panel comprising a frame 1 and a face material 2 mounted to one side of the frame is characterized in that the face material 2 is formed of an inorganic material with such properties as to increase the amount of plastic strain deformation even if a crosshead speed increases from 5 to 50 mm/min in a three-point bending test. Such an inorganic material is preferably obtained by molding a composition obtained by blending unexpanded vermiculite in a base material and setting the blended amount to 3-70 mass% of the whole composition (solid content).
