PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for dyeing, drying and immobilizing a cut plant to keep its ornamental use for a long period. SOLUTION: The treatment method comprises a process for immersing the cut plant in an alcoholic solution or that in which a dye is dissolved and a process for vaporizing to dryness the alcohol from the plant. When it is required to immobilize the profiles of flowers and leaves over a long period, it is preferable to include a process for dipping in a plant immobilizing agent next to the above alcoholic solution-immersing process.
