<p>Convenience of information provision is improved by using marks to display the crowdedness of a facility such as a hospital, a parking lot or the like. A status determining device (102) determines the field status (101) of a facility, the data of which is stored into a server (105) via a network (103). The crowdedness of the facility is determined from the field status (101), and then stored, as mark information, into the server (105). The crowdedness of the facility is displayed as a mark, on a display screen of a user terminal (106) such as mobile telephone unit, together with other information related to the facility. Marks, which are defined beforehand as having their respective meanings, allow information, such as crowdedness information of a facility, fresh information, inventory information and so on, to be readily and quickly recognized. The crowdedness information of the facility may be displayed not only on the mobile telephone unit but also on electric displays (117) of signboards (114,116) or the like disposed in the town.</p> |
