<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle can, and a bottle can having a cap for which unplugging can be performed so that the cap and the can main body do not corotate by preventing slip out motion of a shrink film. <P>SOLUTION: This bottle can 100 is equipped with a barrel section 3, a shoulder section 4 of which the diameter gradually becomes smaller as it goes up from the upper end of the barrel section 3, and a mouthpiece section 6 on which the cap 8 is fitted, and at least the barrel section 3 is covered with the shrink film 2. In the bottle can 100, an ink layer 10 which generates a step on the outer peripheral wall 9 of the barrel section 3 is provided on the outer peripheral wall 9 of the barrel section 3 corresponding to the shrink film 2.
