PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform noise rejection processing which eliminates faults of a conventional filter at low cost. SOLUTION: An image processing device perform the image processing of a photographed image. Image processing means 6, 9a make a pixel of the photographed image as an attention pixel, and the image of a processing region "A" where the attention pixel is located in the center as a N×M (N≤M) pixel. When a pixel value of the attention pixel "p" is the maximum value in the region, one of a large pixel value from the 2nd to the (N/2+1)th is made the pixel value of the attention pixel. When it is the minimum value in the region, one of a small pixel value from the 2nd to the (N/2+1)th is made the pixel value of the attention pixel. Next, the image in the processing area in which the image processing is performed is made a N×M (N>M) pixel. When it is the maximum value in the region, one of a large pixel value from the 2nd to the (N/2+1)th is made the pixel value of the attention pixel.
