<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the lateral strength of concrete column cannot be efficiently increased in the case of reducing working man-hours in repairing or reinforcing the concrete column. <P>SOLUTION: In a pole repairing method for repairing by sticking a C-shaped molding 2 circumferentially to a lacking part 1a of a pole 1, a pipe-like braiding 41 manufactured by a braiding process is axially cut to manufacture the C-shaped molding 2. An adhesive is applied to the pole 1, and the C-shaped molding 2 is stuck wound around the pole 1.
