LIGHT SENSITIVE PANEL, AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY APPARATUS HAVING SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light sensitive panel formed with a light sensitive element simplified to prevent the the degradation in aperture ratio, and provide a liquid crystal display device having the same. SOLUTION: A pixel section is formed in a region defined by a gate line transmitting a gate signal and a data line transmitting a data signal. A light sensitive section composed of a single thin-film transistor is formed in a region defined by a scan line transmitting a scan signal swinging at a specified level, a power source line to which a bias voltage is applied and a readout line and outputs a light sensing signal on the basis of the scan signal and bias voltage by incidence of an external light. As a result, the light sensitive element is embodied by the single thin-film transistor and is activated on the basis of the scan signal swinging at the specified level to sense the light, thereby preventing the aperture ratio and yield of the liquid crystal display device from declining.
