PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a cartridge body with dimensional accuracy by preventing the mutual mispositioning of upper and lower halves and coupling them. SOLUTION: A pair of the upper and lower halves constitute the cartridge body for housing an optical disk. In one of areas surrounded by erected peripheral walls 17 constituted on both of sides of one side surface of the upper and lower halves and a housing part forming wall 22, a first positioning hole 25 is formed. In the other area, a second positioning hole 26 is formed. At the surrounding of the first positioning hole 25, a first positioning part 27 for positioning the abutting position of the upper and lower halves is formed. Positioned inside the other area of the lower half, a second positioning part 29 is formed. In addition, on the erected peripheral wall 17 positioned on the other surface side facing the side surface of the lower half, a third positioning part 19 is provided. The upper and lower halves are integrated by relatively engaging each engaging part on the upper half side with the first to third positioning parts on the lower half side.
