PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide problems of a conventional steam generator wherein a pipe is broken if the temperature is significantly raised or the pipe is continuously exposed to steam and a medicament even if the pipe is made of heat-resistant resin because high-temperature steam is fed from the steam generator, and wherein dew is condensed in a spout at the distal end of the pipe, which is exposed to steam of 100°C or lower, and the condensed dew drops as water-drops to a treated person. SOLUTION: The steam spouting structure consists of a steam pipe 1 to which steam is fed from the steam generator, an outer pipe 2 covering the outer periphery of the steam pipe, to which pressurized air is fed from the steam generator, a metal mixer pipe 3 whose inside is faced by the distal end of the steam pipe and in which steam and pressurized air are mixed, and an outer cover 6 attached to cover the outer periphery of the mixer pipe.
