PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy the need for utilizing a full-size display region at a display section to enjoy a moving image or the like in portable equipment. SOLUTION: In the portable equipment in which first and second cases can be freely rotated and folded so that first and second display sections are arranged in parallel, the parallel arrangement of the first and second display sections is detected, pictorial display or the like at the first display section is automatically moved to the second display section, and a full-size display region at the first display section is utilized. Not only the pictorial display but also data related to data displayed at the first display section are automatically displayed at the second display section, thus securing the display region at the first display section and visually identifying information on the related data in the portable equipment.
