<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting device for an IC that a contact can contact to an external connection portion at the side of an electronic component in a stable condition, and to manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: Fig. shows a contacting region 23 provided on the center of the spiral contact 20. When the outside contacting portion C contacts the contacting region 23, a plurality of convex contacts 23B projection formed on the contacting region 23 point contact to the outside contacting portion C, and then the contact pressure between them can be raised. Consequently, the occurrence of slipping that is more likely to occur when the contacting region 23 contacts to the outside contacting portion C can be prevented, and therefore the contact between the contacting region 23 and the outside contacting portion C can be made stable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
