PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake information receiving device for notifying earthquake information before an earthquake arrives when the earthquake occurs, and for receiving earthquake information acquired by processing earthquake data changing over time from the occurrence of the earthquake to the end thereof several times in the order of occurrences in order to support the performance of unexpected preparation for the earthquake. SOLUTION: This earthquake information receiving device is configured to receive earthquake information acquired by processing earthquake data changing over time from the occurrence of the earthquake to the end thereof several times in the order of occurrences, and provided with an earthquake information receiving part for receiving earthquake information by using a satellite, an earthquake influence information generating part for generating earthquake influence information for a region where the device itself is set based on the received earthquake information and an earthquake influence information outputting part for outputting the generated earthquake influence information.
