PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a lid body openable only when charging garbage. SOLUTION: This disposer comprises a first human body detection means 23 detecting the presence of the human body; a second human body detection means 24 detecting the presence of the human body with the vicinity of the installation position of the floor face as a detection range; and a lid body opening means (a driving motor 13) opening the lid body 32 by releasing the lock by the locking means (a locking claw 12) when both the first and second human body detection means 23, 24 detect the human body.
