PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end mill cutting edge grinding jig which is for use in reproducing a cutting edge of an end mill. SOLUTION: The end mill cutting edge grinding jig 1 is used for a machine tool such as a cutter grinder for a surface grinder 50, a milling machine, and a horizontal milling machine which may be existing or newly acquired ones. The machine tool has a laterally, longitudinally or vertically movable table 61, and the grinding jig is fixed to the table. The end mill grinding jig is formed of a stand member 3 mounted on the table, an elevation angle selecting stand 6 borne on the stand member, an erection angle selecting stand 9 borne on the elevation angle selecting stand, and an end mill holding section 10 arranged on the erection angle selecting stand.
