PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a log analysis system, a log analysis method and a log analysis program capable of objectively estimating the transition of the number of future events. SOLUTION: A log collecting part 101 collects logs output from each device of networks 20-22, and outputs the same to a log saving part 102. The log saving part 102 extracts the parameter used in analysis from the logs output from the log collecting part 101, and stores the parameter in a storage part 103. The log analysis part 104 reads out the parameter to be analyzed from the storage part 103, and calculates a ratio D by ratio analysis. Continuously, the log analysis part 104 calculates conditional probability of occurrence of specific event in a case when specific conditions relating to the ratio D are satisfied, saves a result of the calculation in the storage part 103, and outputs the same to a Web browser 301 through an interface part 105.
