PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memo information adding program and an information processor for allowing a browser to write an image or a text in a web page displayed by making access. SOLUTION: This information processor executes a procedure of reading the designated web page via a network by executing a web browser program to a computer capable of displaying the web page by communicating with a web site via the network by storing the web browser program, a procedure of making a blank page being the same display size as the display size when displaying the read web page, a procedure of superposing and displaying the blank page made on the read web page, and a procedure of making a template file of executing associating processing to the made blank page by duplicating a source of the read web page.
