PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel member unit and electronic equipment where the attachment components can be attached to a panel member relatively with ease, avoiding damages to the panel member, and to provide an attaching member, capable of greatly contributing to realizing such a panel member unit and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The panel member unit 19 is provided with the panel member 24 and a frame body 25, attached to the outer peripheral surface of the panel member 24. The frame body 25 is connected to a bracket 38, to be laid overlapped on the outer peripheral surface of the panel member 24. A holding member 47 for holding the attaching components is attached to the bracket 38. In such a panel member unit 19, force will not be exerted in a direction orthogonal to the back side of the panel member 24, when attaching the bracket 38 and the holding member 47. The panel member 24 can be surely prevented from breakage. Moreover, the bracket 38 and the holding part 47 can be attached to the panel member 24 relatively easily. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
