PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera module which is aimed at making it small in size, light in weight, low in cost and prolonged in service life. SOLUTION: For the shafts of gears constituting a lens moving mechanism, the shaft of a final-stage gear for transmitting driving force to a cylindrical cam is made of resin and other shafts are made of metal.
