摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cosmetic which provides evenness to the skin by masking wrinkles and surface irregularities of the skin, imparts resilience and luster to the skin and lasts long on the skin. SOLUTION: This cosmetic comprises 0.01-25 wt.% multifunctional powder which has a high light transmission and a high diffused reflectivity. The powder is prepared by coating (A) a light-transmitting organic polymer powder of a specific shape with (B) a flat inorganic powder having a refractive index of≤2.3 and (C) a water-soluble polymer.
