PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving means of a transporting tool capable of preventing flaws or pouring collapse as far as possible, entering an application surface and a pouring surface such as a non-hardened painting floor material, a rubber cement floor, resin mortar, and resin rubber chip without slipping, and smoothly carrying out various work. SOLUTION: Spike pins are buried or attached on a wheel for various trucks so as to project out tips of the pins to a surface. On a traveling belt of an applying machine or a pouring machine stretched between a plurality of rotation supporting portions, the spike pins are buried or attached so as to project out the tip ends of the pins to the surface.
