PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having a large area and capable of efficiently discharging uniform oxygen radicals. SOLUTION: The laminate is composed of a base material comprising a ceramic formed product, the oxygen radical-containing calcium aluminate film provided on one main side of the base material and a heating element for heating the base material and the oxygen radical-containing calcium aluminate film, and the heating element compresses an electroconductive material having oxidation resistance. Preferably, the heating element is provided on the main side, which is not provided with the oxygen radical-containing calcium aluminate film, of the base material.
