<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymeric nano-complex film, its manufacturing method, a membrane-electrode assembly using it, and a polymer electrolyte fuel cell including it. <P>SOLUTION: This is the polymeric nano-complex film and its manufacturing method, as well as the nano-complex film-electrode assembly manufactured by the polymeric nano-complex film, and the polymer electrolyte fuel cell including the same, wherein high temperature conductivity, mechanical properties, dimensional stability, and fuel separability, are improved: by forming a uniform nano-sized pore in the hydrophobic region of the cation exchange resin, by extracting and removing the porous forming body by a solvent, after forming a polymer membrane by mixing a cation exchange resin dissolved in an organic solvent and a hydrophobic porous forming body (porogen) by applying vibration of hyper ultrasonic wave; and by reinforcing the hydrophilicity of the cation exchange resin and high temperature moisture retention property of the whole hydrophobic region by filling a solid hydrogen ion conductor selected so as to have a specificity to the pore. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
