<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a supply device and a supply system capable of speedily supplying a required amount of hydrogen when required, in a hydrogen supply station for a fuel cell vehicle for example. <P>SOLUTION: Electricity from an energy source 1 is introduced to an electrolytic device 2, and hydrogen obtained by electrolyzing water in this electrolytic device 2 is stored in a storage device 3.
