<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel display device having rich variation for enhancing interest of players by increasing the size of a central special prize device and by operating a variable display device so as to cause a prize winning region to appear. <P>SOLUTION: A window frame 22 is provided on a face of a game board 3 so that the player can recognize it. The variable display device 23 is provided on a back face of the window frame 22 for fluctuation display of display symbols such as numbers, letters, figures, or the like. An electric driving source 26 is provided for operating the variable display device 23. The prize winning region 34 is provided in the rear of the window frame 22 and in a lower part of the variable display device 23. The prize winning region 34 is closed normally by the variable display device 23.
