POLYIMIDE BASE COMPOSITION COMPRISING DOPED POLYANILINE, ITS RELATED METHOD AND COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed polymer base plate by processing a mixture of doped polyaniline particles without excessive gelatinization or agglomeration.

SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an electrically conductive polyimide base plate comprising a polymer mixture of at least a polyimide component and a polyaniline component. The polyaniline component is contained (a) in a range of 5-60 wt.% in the whole base plate and is derived from (b) an optionally doped polyaniline particles at an average particle size of 0.5-5μm in the liquid dispersed composition, and provides at least one base plate surface having (i) a surface electric resistivity value in a range of 10,000-1014Ωper square, (ii) a surface glossiness value in a range of 70-120 and (iii) a surface roughness Ra value (μm) of 0.05-0.15.
