<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition having excellent appearance, oxygen barrier properties and further excellent molding stability, pinhole resistance, interlaminar adhesiveness, and the like, when converted into a multilayered structure, and to provide the multilayered structure. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises a saponified material (A) of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and a substituted 9,10-anthraquinone (B) having≤5% heating loss when allowed to stand at 250°C for 60 min and a substituent in at least one position of the 2-, 3-, 6- and 7-positions.
