PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and uniformly drop a sample droplet on a sample plate for a long time. SOLUTION: A tip of a probe 1 is a triple pipe structure which has the coaxial disposition of a phased silica capillary 2 in the innermost, a FEP capillary 4 outside of the phased silica capillary 2 and a stainless pipe arrangement 8 in the outermost. An eluant from a liquid chromatography flows in an innermost flow path.
