<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply selectively illuminate an operation switch of electronic equipment such as a keyboard without causing deterioration of visibility of a display or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A near ultraviolet emission lamp, a black light 30 what is called, is provided in a lid 20 of a notebook-computer 10. A key top 36 of each key constituting the keyboard 14 is applied with or includes a fluorescent material emitting light by near ultraviolet rays. Thereby, when the key top 36 is irradiated with near ultraviolet rays outputted from the black light 30, visible light is emitted from the fluorescent material. That is, the key top 36 emits the light. Thereby, an operator can successfully perform work while viewing the keyboard even in a dark situation.
