摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the degree of freedoms in a layout by reducing the space necessary in the circumference of a valve stem while simplifying a structure and reducing the number of components in a throttle valve on/off controller of an engine in which an accelerator operating member and an electric actuator are coupled to the valve stem by transmitting the closing operation of the accelerator operating member to the side of closing the throttle valve to the valve stem preferentially to the operation of the electric actuator. SOLUTION: In the throttle valve on/off controller of an engine, the electric actuator 17 having a rotatable actuator case 18 is coupled to the valve stem 14, the accelerator operating member 16 is coupled to the actuator case 18, and a forcible valve closing means 27 for driving the valve stem 14 to the closing side of the throttle valve 13 in response to the rotation of the actuator case 18 to the side of closing the throttle valve 13 is provided between the actuator case 18 and the valve stem 14.
