PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entry/exit management device for preventing unauthorized entry/exit, in which one authentication device manages both of the entry and exit when a person enters or exits a security management section. SOLUTION: A rotating part 11 is rotatably fixed to a fixed part 10 by a rotary shaft 12 so that it may rotate 180 degrees to face inside/outside of a wall surface. The authentication device 13 is fixed to the rotating part 11, and is turned around to face inside/outside of the fixed part 10 by the rotation of the rotating part 11. When an entering/exiting person turns the rotating part 11 and makes the authentication device 13 face toward the person, an entry/exit discrimination switch 14 is brought into contact with the fixing part 10, by which discrimination between the entry and the exit is made to be possible. Based on the entry/exit discrimination information and the information of the last entry/exit data of the person identified by a personal identification information obtained from an entry/exit data storage device housed in the rotating part 11, the person who does not exit is prevented from entering and the person who does not enter is prevented from exiting.
