PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breast ornament so designed as to be worn as a substitute for a necktie needing much time to be neatly tied for cosmetic formation, and often making a wearer nervous about rightward or leftward deflection when worn, make him (her) feel cool just in summer, readily wearable, and look as if wearing a formal dress even when undoing a first button (a face button). SOLUTION: The breast ornament has the following structure: ventilation parts 1, 2 are provided at a slightly soft object 3 equivalent to a knot of a necktie so as to look as if wearing a formal dress while keeping coolness via a combination connection comprising a highly stretchable rubber string, a slightly stretchable rubber string, a putting-on hook part and a neckline string; an under fly cloth 14 (but an under back cloth is unnecessary) is provided at the lower part of the ventilation parts so as to make the upper and lower parts light in weight as much as possible; and an enamel-painted soft gripping frame 17 is used to make an ornament part.
