PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower arm capable firmly fixing a housing of a ball joint while securing degree of freedom of the ball joint by caulking a peripheral surface formed on the mounting hole of the lower arm to a housing of the ball joint, and preventing rotating accompanying the motion of especially ball joint. SOLUTION: The lower arm 1 caulks and fixes the housing 21 of the ball joint 2, after fitting it to the mounting hole 11 provided at a predetermined position of the lower arm 1. The housing 21 of the ball joint 2 forms a peripheral groove 22 on an outer surface of the range contacting with the peripheral surface 12 when it is internally fitted into the peripheral surface 12 formed on the mounting hole 11 provided on the lower arm 1. The housing 21 is fixed to the mounting hole 11 by internally fitting the housing 21 into the peripheral surface 12 of the mounting hole 11, pressing a plurality of caulking portions 13 of the intermittent peripheral surface 12 in the peripheral direction from the radial direction toward the peripheral groove 22 respectively, and providing a partial caulking portion 13 in the peripheral direction of the peripheral surface 12.
