PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an inoculation technique by improving a problem that the right inoculation requires to push a wing and bring it into uniform contact with the skin, however, a present inoculation cannula has an opaque wing, which makes it hard to confirm it and frequently makes the effect of the BCG inoculation unstable . SOLUTION: The wing of the BCG inoculation cannula is made transparent to allow a user to see through and confirm that the wing is pushed and brought into uniform contact with the skin.
