PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure transfer of fire to each burner without needing installation of an ignition mechanism every each gas burner and reduce production cost by reducing numbers of parts and carry out uniform transfer of heat to a heat plate. SOLUTION: In the subject oven apparatus, a subsidiary burner 12 is installed in nearly center part of main burners 11 arranged in parallel below the heat plate 3 across a space between these main burners 11, and an ignition mechanism 13 is installed in either one of the main burners 11, and a fire transfer plate 22 covering the upper parts of a plurality of flame holes bored in the burners 11 and 12 at prescribed intervals and a fire transfer pitch-changing and adjusting means 21 vertically slidably fixing the fire transfer plate 22 to burners 11 and 12 so as to adjust a clearance from flame holes 16 are installed.
