PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the joint of a lead wire and a printed wiring board against disconnection, or the like, due to an external force, e.g. tensile force or vibration. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus comprises a printed wiring board 4, a casing 2 for containing the printed wiring board 4, and a lead wire 5 being connected with a land 7 formed on the printed wiring board 4 and being routed in the casing 2 wherein the lead wire 5 is held by a first lead wire holding part 8 formed on the printed wiring board 4 and a second lead wire holding part 10 formed on the casing 2.
