PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cut hair from scattering outside and falling down. SOLUTION: In the hair cutter A, a blade block 4 for which a fixed blade 2 and a movable blade 3 in a comb shape to come into slidable contact with each other are combined is projectingly provided on one end part of a main body 1 and a comb 5 having a plurality of comb parts 26 is put on the blade block 4. The comb parts 26 of the comb 5 are provided with hair return parts 26a for preventing the hair cut in the blade block 4 from scattering to the outer side of the comb 5.
