The invention relates to a method for the secure execution of a physical document by the central system of a receiving entity, such as a banking institution or similar. According to the invention, the document is supplied by fax and is associated with an executive or business manager from the entity, an OCR device being used to recognise the contents of said document. Moreover, the invention employs a messaging platform for management purposes, using SMS-type messages, and the document is executed by the entity following authentication of an SMS response obtained from the business manager, containing the corresponding security code, in answer to the document-identification data received by said manager from the platform. The inventive method is particularly suitable for use in transactions with banking institutions. |
