<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which reading and writing of data can be accurately performed by preventing malfunction even when selection of an address delays. <P>SOLUTION: This semiconductor device has three factors of data holding unit, a pre-charge unit, and a delay unit. The data holding unit has a plurality of memory cells. The pre-charge unit has a pre-charge potential line, a pre-charge signal line, and a plurality of switches. The delay unit has a plurality of transistors.
