<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a schedule management system capable of managing schedules of a plurality of portable telephones synchronously without needing the transmission of a plurality of mails. <P>SOLUTION: A server is provided with a database 3 in which the schedule data of a group are stored. The portable telephone of a group member acquires schedule data 11 of the group to which the member is belonging from the database 3 by transmitting the schedule data attached to a mail from a mail server 2 by a mail function, or downloading the schedule data from a Web server 1 by a Web function 15, and updates his or her schedule 20 by using the acquired schedule data 11 by a scheduler function 17, thereby sharing the schedule among group members. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
