<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a debt mobilizing method for mobilizing a debt by immediately paying a debt of a travel company generated when using a facility by a consumer and being a burden of a facility providing dealer, to the facility providing dealer, by requesting an intermediary to perform proxy payment. <P>SOLUTION: This debt mobilizing method comprises a step of notifying the travel company from the facility providing dealer that a facility using charge is fixed when actually using a sight-seeing facility when being available for a travel commodity made or sold by the travel company, a step of requesting the proxy payment of the facility using charge to the intermediary from the travel company of receiving a notice from the facility providing dealer, a step of performing the proxy payment of the debt by the intermediary by specifying payment information from proxy payment request information from the travel company, and a step of paying the debt to the intermediary for proxy payment on the basis of an original payment cycle in the travel company. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
