<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swash plate compressor provided with a piston having resin film coating applied on a cylinder bore sliding contact cylinder part of a single head piston capable of reducing consumption quantity of coating and cost without degrading function of friction reduction and wear reduction. <P>SOLUTION: In the single head swash plate compressor, a cylinder part 12 of a front piston 101 in sliding contact inside of the cylinder bore 31 has resin film 1 applied cylindrically over whole circumference on just a tip part performing coolant compression. Length in an axial direction of the resin film 1 is at least length of roughly summation of fitting length L1 of the cylinder bore 31 and the piston 101 at bottom dead center during maximum capacity operation and L2/2 of a half of piston stroke during maximum capacity operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
