PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular deceleration control device capable of applying the desired deceleration to a vehicle according to the size of a corner, the vehicle speed and the distance to the corner. SOLUTION: The vehicular deceleration control device performs the deceleration control by the operation of a braking device 200 to generate the braking force to a vehicle and the operation to perform the speed change of a transmission 10 to a gear change stage for a relatively low speed, obtains the required deceleration 401 based on the curvature R of a forward curve road 402, the distance to the curve road and the vehicle speed, and determines the control quantity of the braking device and the changing quantity of the gear change stage. Since the required deceleration is output by using the braking device capable of controlling the output of the deceleration in an analog manner, the vehicle can make a turn at the curve road with the predetermined turning G. Irrespective of the starting point of the deceleration control for the curve road (a place at which the intention of a driver for deceleration such as an accelerator-off is determined), and irrespective of the vehicle speed at which the deceleration control is started, the predetermined deceleration can be reliably performed to an entrance of the curve road.
