PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a skin integrated foam molded seat constituted so as to prevent a foamable resin for forming a pad part from infiltrating into the terminal becoming the parting part of a seat skin without relying on a means for fixing the seat skin in a mold by a special fixing method to form the back rear part of a seat back improved in feeling such as the touch or the like. SOLUTION: The mold is constituted so that the pad part 4 is integrated with the seat skin 1 by foam molding using a seat skin 3 formed into an open-backed bag shape from a laminated material having a two-layered structure wherein a foamed slab 2 is laminated to a skin material 1 as a wadding material and has a mold structure wherein a first side split mold 13 for shaping the back rear part of the seat back into a planar shape is connected by a hinge 15a to be provided to the side part of a lower mold 11 in a mold openable or closable state to be pressed by an upper mold 10 and the back rear part 3c of the seat skin 3 is shaped as the parting part from the mold plane 13a of the side split mold 13 and the projected part 12a of a core 12.
