PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a simple battery voltage checker circuit with the minimum number of used LED's, and to always monitor the state of the supply voltage of a battery by viewing the switching on/off state of the LED's. SOLUTION: This device is formed by the first checking function element 15 for checking whether the supply voltage is higher than the first reference value or not, when adopting the supply voltage of the battery 5 at the actual using state time of the battery as the first reference value, the second checking function element 16 for checking whether the supply voltage is between the first reference value and the second reference value which is lower than the first reference value or not, and a switch function element 17 for allowing the first LED 14a to emit light when it is checked that the supply voltage is higher than the first reference value by the first checking function element 15, and for switching off the first LED 14a and allowing the second LED 14b to emit light when it is checked that the supply voltage is between the first reference value and the second reference value by the second checking function element 16.
